Detroit Pizza Factory (DPF) was founded in 2015 in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, by Jehad "Joe" Majed, the son of immigrant parents. With over 20 years of experience in the pizza and sub business, Joe decided to embark on his own culinary journey after a decade as a sub chain franchisee. He combined his passion for Detroit and great food to create a unique pizza concept.
